As a customer service dispatcher, you will work with customers, business partners and technicians to ensure that we deliver on our promise for outstanding service. This role also offers opportunities for growth and expansion into an administrative role. We are looking for a motivated person with an extraordinary ability to multitask to join our friendly, busy team environment in our Port Melbourne head office.

On a typical day answer customer calls, service queries, provide updates and ETAs. Plan and dispatch technicians in accordance with customer specifications. Organise and schedule installations of printer devices. Relay work orders and information to and from technicians. Ordering parts and arranging for necessary repairs to restore services. Liaising with technicians and customers to resolve issues as they arise.

What you need to succeed at CMGSS a willing and positive attitude is a must. An ability to grasp multiple concepts quickly. Initiative to provide customer focused solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner. Some experience in a customer service role is highly regarded but not necessary. Proficiency in the use of technology and programs such as Microsoft office.
