Accounts Clerk Swimsation Swim Schools location Auckland. Salary $21 per hour.

Swimsation Swim Schools are looking for fun, energetic people to join our administration team right away.  We want team players who are interested in diversity within the role, and who can relate well to children and adults. Essential qualifications for this role are to be well organised with polite communication style as well as a clear police check and swim teaching experience.

Prior administration or customer services experience is desirable but not a prerequisite and full training on Swimsation systems is included.  Swimsation uses Friendly Manager & XERO for its administration. As you would be working from both our site 10C Birmingham Rd and your own home/ office please consider if you have the right environment for this responsibility.

In the Customer Services role, some of the key responsibilities would be as follows ability to work by yourself and professionally during your core hours Tuesday 2-7pm, Sat 8-2pm and one other shift either on site or remotely 6hours. Ensure all phone calls are answered and messages returned by the end of shift. Ensuring all email correspondence is addressed in a timely manner.

Escalate customer complaints to deputy managers at the appropriate site, logging communication and required actions. Assign payments to invoices using XERO. Ensure the day-to-day administration of your facility is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the Swimsation systems. This includes bookings, payments, enquiries etc. Following the Swimsation marketing plan and look for additional marketing opportunities. Follow up on any outstanding fees during the swimming term.

Positions are available immediately with training (20hours) based in South Auckland  (East Tamaki). You would work both from your own home (6hours) and onsite 10C Birmingham Rd or 41 Elliott St, Papakura. You would be required to attend termly training with the rest of the team.
