Title Shipping Executive ( Logistic ). Salary Package $2200 - $2600. Work Location West Coast.

Job scope coordinate with forwarded for all import and export shipments. To follow up and expedite suppliers on order status. Liaise with suppliers for shipment collection. Coordinate with warehouse and forwarders for all incoming and outgoing containers. Provide all shipping documents for forwarders prior and upon arrival of shipment. Source for the best freight quotation in terms of service and costs.

Verify all freight invoices. Prepare packing list warehouse on incoming good inspection. Validate and tally overseas Purchase Orders. To follow up with warehouse for all incoming goods receiving, packing list and discrepancies. Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement min Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant. Min 1 year of shipping arrangement experience. Knowlagent in shipping and financial terms. Well verse in import/export shipping documentations. Well verse in TradeNet. Well verse in ms office application.
