Client Services Officer Bentley Recruitment location ACT. Salary $60k - $65k + Super.

Our client is a successful financial services firm based in Canberra. They have an opening for a Client Services Officer to join their thriving team. They're a holistic financial advice firm looking for someone to come in and provide exceptional support to their financial planners. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a Client Services Officer role within financial planning and be keen on a long term career in the industry.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a Client Services Officer role within financial planning. Have previous experience dealing with holistic advice (Super, Insurance, Investments etc), Be able to multitask. Have a high attention to detail. Be familiar with Statement's of Advice (SoA) and their implementation. Have excellent phone/communication skills. Have XPLAN experience.

As part of this role you will be a point of contact for clients. Maintain client relationships. Provide full support to the team of advisers and paraplanners. Maintain files and database records. Perform all relevant administration tasks in accordance with Financial Planning. Arrange client appointments.

Prepare forms and documents. Assist with client review preparation. Implement SoA's from start to finish. Be proactive and diligent. Have the ability to work without supervision. Salaries are dependent on experience but will be circa $60k - $65k + Super.
