My Greatest Child is looking for a friendly & honest Sales Retailer to join our team! If you love children, books, no-politics and teamwork, this is the place for you! We paid our staffs higher than average market salaries. Our sales retailers here have an average salary $1,900-$2,300 per month.(Commissions, OTs 1.5, PH double pay, etc) We have a strict requirement for good leaders and if you possess great leadership, good with human relationship, positive work attitude, you have a huge chance of managerial role in time to come with even better incentives.

Our basic salary is $1,400 per month which will increase yearly based on performance. And we have team-based sales commission which is guaranteed average $300-$700 per pax per month and more during festive periods or school holidays.

Overtime 1.5 rate. Able to earn extra $200-$500 if you can work OT. Aged 18-88. Preferably speak both English & Mandarin. Double Pay if you work on Public Holidays. Annual bonus, 8 days annual leave. +1 day for every 1 year with us. Sales commission based on combined effort. We earn the same  $ with no competing.

The job scope here is to sell children books and learning materials to parents/teachers, able to have good product knowledge to recommend great books to customers, basic admin works, etc. Work hours is 10am to 7pm and 1pm to 10pm interval. Alternate 5 and 6 days work. Standard 44 hours work week as per MOM rulings. Anything more will be considered as OT 1.5 rate.
