Administration Assistant Brunel location Toowoomba and Darling Downs.

Brunel Energy Australasia are currently partnered with our client who is a leading International Oil & Gas Operator, focused in the exploration, development & production of LNG & Oil. They have a great reputation for creating a safety-focused culture whilst they expand their operations here in Queensland. We are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant.

This role will be based out of our clients operations in Kenya, QLD (25 Minutes South of Chinchilla). Initially on a 14 Month basis. This is a residential role and you must live local to Chinchilla. You will be picked up from Chinchilla at 06am and taken to site and return at 5pm.

Responsibilities provide administration assistance for Upstream Projects Team. Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary arrangements for site team, Brisbane team & visitors. Provide CBS Allocation team with monthly camp allocation numbers for site teams. Assist Site Team with submitting various IT Requests.

Assist with management & coordination of Fleet Vehicles maintenance, pool vehicle requests etc. Assist with PPE requests for personnel. Assist site team with Contractor Expense Claims. Assist in preparing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, Maintain electronic filing systems. Coordinate and organise meetings/workshops detailed agenda and advanced PowerPoint presentations and set-up meeting rooms.

Assist with order office stationery, crib & other supplies. Maintain and update calendar & meeting room bookings. Organise appointments, meetings and conferences which may include collating meeting papers, coordinating venues and arranging travel itineraries. Secretarial function for site team including compiling agendas and minute taking. To work flexibly across a broad range of requests from Site Team and Handling requests and queries appropriately.

Key requirements exceptional experience in maintaining information/data. Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a busy corporate environment. Experience in taking responsibility for tasks and managing it to completion
