We are seeking a proactive, motivated team player, to join our small but efficient finance team as the Full Time Finance Administrator.
Your new role will include, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities Customer payment allocation. Credit management including debt collection and credit application checks. Bank reconciliation. Credit card reconciliation. Assist customers with queries and investigations. Rebate management.
To be successful in this position you will require the following a minimum of 3 years' in similar roles with accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations and transaction processing experience.
Great customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Good computer skills (experience with Microsoft Navision preferable but not essential). The ability to multi-task. Excellent in reconciliations with great attention to detail. Enjoy working in a team. The ability to work under pressure. An interest in technology.
