The Assistant Outlet Manager is a one of the key role of the Simply Wrapps Group of Outlets. He/She is assistant to the Outlet. Manager and second to be in charge and responsible for the Business Operations of the Outlet in terms of Outlet Sales Performance, Costs of Goods sold and providing an excellent Customer Service Experience with his team.

He/She is assisting to be responsible to ensure all Company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Standard Operations Procedure (SoP) are carried out and he/she is responsible for all the team member’s performance, welfare and training needs, performance appraisal.

Hence, he/she must be a truly experienced service crew and must be seen as a growing and aspiring leader by the team. He/She is to be a good example to ensure the success of Simply Wrapps of 3 Quality Principles, ie to drive Outlet Sales, Quality Food served and Quality Service.

Your duties as an Assistant Outlet Manager are as followed. Co- Lead and co-manage a team at designated Café Outlet. Assist to all book-keeping, expenses and accounting at the Point-of-Sales system. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations at the Café Outlet and Your duties as an Outlet. Manager are as followed Implement operational procedures. Co-Control Inventory and minimize food wastage and cost wastage (eg OT of team members). Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed.

Customer service oriented, responds and handles customer complaints effectively. Increase Simply Wrapps Sales and Brand Loyalty Programs by actively participating in marketing new product items and implementation of the campaigns. Reporting to the Outlet Manager.
