About the company Vitis (NZ) Ltd has been supplying NZ wineries and breweries other food and beverage processing industries since 1992. Vitis is located in Marlborough, New Zealand. Marlborough is the largest wine producing region in New Zealand and we are proud to be a part of it. This is where our retail shop is located for “off the shelf” equipment and tools suited to wineries and breweries etc.

About the position Office administration and retail support to the Sales & Service Technician Teams. Answering phones. Customer service as required. Assist with processing inwards goods and dispatching orders. Assist with processing customer orders and purchasing stock. Assist with accounts payable/accounts receivable, Filing. Assist with other general administrative tasks as required.

About you wine industry experience preferred. Genuine interest in the wine and beverage industry. Energetic, dynamic and have great communication skills. Excellent time management skill. Willingness to learn. Thorough administrative and numeracy skills. Capacity to work between 20-30 hours per week. Proficient in Microsoft suit and Reckon will be advantageous.
