Client Services Representative ManAlive location Northland.

ManAlive, a Leading provider of counselling,  non-violence and life skills programmes across the Auckland and Northland region, requires a full time Client Services Representative to join our Tai Tokerau team in Whangarei.

You will provide high quality reception and administration services to both our clients and our clinical team.  You will work closely with all Administration staff and Managers to provide a professional and informed first point of contact for ManAlive services.  This will require excellent organisational skills coupled with mature people skills and a demonstrable ability to project ManAlive in a positive way in all your engagements both face to face and on the telephone.

You will have data entry skills and proficient knowledge of computer skills required to provide administration support. This is a challenging and rewarding position working for a leading organisation striving to make changes in the heart of our communities.

Essential Skills excellent interpersonal skills. Professional telephone manner. Highly organised. Highly motivated. Ability to work well as part of a team. Computer literacy using Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred a desire to support change in our clients and our community. Some understanding of Te Reo Maori would be an advantage. An understanding of the challenges faced by Men (and their families) where Family Violence/Domestic Violence is or has been present. Independent worker and team player.
