About the business Hidden Valley Eco Lodges & Day Spa is a 5 star Boutique Resort & Day Spa located in the Perth Hills and only 30 minutes from Perth CBD.
About the role this fantastic full-time position - (Tuesday to Saturday) would suit a mature and responsible candidate. The role is very fast paced and varied, so you would need to be able to stay focused at all times with a keen eye for attention to detail. You would need to be energetic, bubbly and have a friendly personality when engaging with our guests.
Some responsibilities would include handling new day spa appointments and lodge bookings via phone or email then entering details into the relevant booking systems. Ensuring all guests experience the highest level of customer service at all times. Managing tasks allocated to you and reporting back to Management on your progress. Oversee and be responsible for payments via EFTPOS. Daily operational tasks as required by the Resort Owner (this can include washing, a minor amount of food preparation (not cooking), minor cleaning.
