Personal Assistant Recruit NZ Limited location Auckland.
The company our client is New Zealand’s leading supplier of wholesale live bees to the commercial beekeeping industry.
The role you will be working within a supportive team, assisting the Owner and the rest of the group daily. This role will see you wearing a lot of hats, from looking after a team of beekeepers to reporting to the Owner and being the right-hand person when needed.
Due to the high standards expected, you must be an exceptional personal assistant, passionate about your work and be results-oriented. Most of all you will be able to see the bigger picture of what’s happening in the business and keep a sense of humour through the busy times.
The responsibilities manage the Owner's emails and calendar meetings. Complete admin work and sales support tasks. Report and relay messages to and from the Owner. Coordinate the beekeeping team when needed. Ensure standards and procedures are followed by all. Maintain vehicle fleet.
About you proven experience in a similar position with a small business Resilient, highly adaptable and flexible. A problem solver, Tech-savvy. Good communication, time management and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
