Account Director Tracta location Hawkes Bay.
Tracta is a full service marketing and communications agency based in Napier. We’re a significant force in the agribusiness sector, with a national and international client base. We've built a reputation for having a highly specialist offering in the agribusiness sector and, whilst in-depth farming knowledge is not essential, sharing our heartland values and appreciation of all things rural is very important to us.
We’re currently looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Napier based team. Our ideal candidate must have at least four years experience in an agency account service team or senior marketing project management role, be comfortable leading the delivery and standard of the agency's service and product on accounts assigned by the General Manager. Work opportunities include the overseeing of projects across brand, direct, digital and integrated.
About the role hands on responsibility for delivering results for our agribusiness clients. Strategy and recommendations for innovative and effective communications campaigns. Timeline, budget and resource management. Project management. Customer service and relationship management. Analysis, reporting and improving. Participation in new business acquisition. Participation in continuous improvement projects.
Skills and experience required 4 years + agency or client experience developing and implementing successful communications campaigns.
Sound marketing knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing communications. Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools and technology. Confidence and knowledge to make strategic and campaign recommendations to clients. Strong communication and presentation skills. An innate ability to ‘read a room', with an understanding of different communication styles and the best method to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to problem solve, coach, motivate and direct others. A passion for creativity and doing great work. Exceptional project management skills and duty of care/accuracy. Ability to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems. High level of commitment and support to Tracta and its core team.
