Part time Accounts Officer Hays Accountancy and Finance location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. Your new company is a highly regarded within their industry and they are based in the western suburbs. Their Admin/ Finance team require a switched on and experienced Accounts Officer to join on a part time permanent basis. Your new role your new duties will include accounts payable ensuring invoices are entered correctly and in a timely manner for appropriate payment credit cards ensuring the reconciliation of the business cards in a timely manner, full function of accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, reconciliation of daily transactions across organisation, including investigation and resolving out of balance issues clearing accounts - reconciliation of transactions including investigation and resolving out of balance transactions, assist with the compilation of the month-end accounts and finance reports in accordance with deadlines supporting the wider finance team. What you'll need to succeed excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, intermediate excel skills, working knowledge of an erp systems, excellent time management, organisational skills, along with a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines, excellent attention to detail, previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
